Beginner
You will build a a strong linguistic foundation across all major skill areas (reading, writing, listening, speaking) across all the levels.
Students begin with General English to progress step-by-step.
Intermediate
Students must reach a minimum level, often Completed Lower Intermediate (B1), before they can transfer into specialized programs like English Plus Academic Skills, English Plus Career Development Skills, or the Global Pathway program.
Advanced
The highest specialized courses, such as TOEFL/Cambridge Exam Preparation, generally require students to have reached the Completed Upper Intermediate (B2) level or higher
The English Plus Career Development Skills (CD) course is designed to boost your English for the workplace and help you gain the professional skills necessary to stand out in your career.
This specialized program combines general English language improvement with targeted professional training. The course typically includes 20 lessons of General English per week plus one or two specialized electives focused on career development skills. The primary aim is to improve English for career advancement or internships, develop professional communication and workplace skills, and enable students to communicate confidently at work.

Access to Career Development Course: Not eligible to enroll directly.
Students must first enroll in the regular General English course. They will focus entirely on core language skills (speaking, grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing) until they reach the required entry level.
Once the student achieves the necessary level, they may transfer into the English Plus Career Development Skills course
Intermediate
The minimum requirement to enter the Career Development Skills course is Completed Lower Intermediate (B1) and higher.
Students receive 20 lessons of General English per week plus one or two specialized electives focused on career topics.
At this level, students utilize their improving General English fluency to integrate practical workplace skills. Electives cover topics such as business communication, job interview strategies, and presentation skills. The goal is to gain the professional communication and workplace skills necessary to communicate confidently at work
The English Plus Academic Skills (AE) course is specifically designed to help students gain the academic English necessary to excel in higher education while simultaneously improving their overall English fluency. It is ideal for students who plan to study at a college or university, wish to develop academic English skills, or seek strong English proficiency for higher education goals

Advanced
Students continue with the core General English component and deepen their focus through the one or two Academic Skills electives.
Students at advanced levels utilize the Academic Skills electives to excel in higher education. These skills are essential for university success, and advanced students may be aiming toward meeting English entry requirements for partnered institutions. The Academic Skills training provides students with strong English proficiency needed for higher education goals
School is located in Downtown Vancouver, just a few minutes from the waterfront & SeaWall, also in walking distance to Stanley Park. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes around the school. The location is in the “clean” part of Downtown, far away from the homeless which are further East in Downtown
