This campus is located in the center of Cebu, in a safe area surrounded by universities. Convenience stores, pharmacies, massage shops, and cafés are all within walking distance. It is also a convenient location, with major shopping malls accessible by car in 5 to 20 minutes.

Dormitory
EV Academy offers modern on-campus dormitories with single, double, triple and quad rooms. All rooms are fully furnished and include air conditioning, a private bathroom, refrigerator, hair dryer, personal safe and hot water.
Students stay on a full-board basis with three meals a day, housekeeping and water included in the dormitory fee, so daily life on campus is comfortable and convenient.
For students who prefer more independence, EV also provides off-campus condominium-style accommodation at Avida Riala in Cebu IT Park, about 10 minutes from the school with a regular shuttle service.
These single and double studio units come with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a personal safe, refrigerator and simple kitchen facilities such as cookware and a microwave. Access to swimming pools, convenience stores, laundry services and 24-hour security is available.
Meals are still taken at the school, allowing students to enjoy a balance of privacy, city life and the full EV campus experience.
